 Whether you want to build a plan for strength, fat loss, or just want to have more energy for daily life, I've got you covered, and I'll show you the way! 

How Does It Work?

 

  • Beginning with a FREE in-depth, no-obligation personalised consultation via Zoom we set goals and establish a plan for your Online Coaching program
  • Optional body circumference measurements to really track progress
  • Program is then delivered via an easy to use app (website option also available) 
  • Workout in your home, at the park, or at your local gym, when it suits YOU
  • You'll receive weekly engaging check-in's from your Trainer to keep you on track
  • Multiple workout routines each week to avoid boredom of the same routine
  • Bonus surprise, short-on-time workouts added at random 
  • Program updated every 6 weeks 
  • Results driven workouts that align with your goals 
  • Optional weekly, fortnightly or monthly Personal Training sessions 
  • Nutrition recommendations 
  • Optional Meal Planning to support your goals - fully customisable meals 
  • Private Facebook Group with other amazing women on a similar journey
  • Group messenger chat group for accountability and support from a group of amazing women
