I’m Kirsty. A Personal Trainer who is passionate about all things health & fitness - in particular - Women's Fitness, and can help you to reach you fitness goals through various fitness training methods via small group fitness classes, mobile personal training, along with fitness, habit and nutrition coaching in person or online.
The main thing I love about exercise and healthy living is the way it makes me feel mentally. You have so much more energy if you live a healthy lifestyle, and healthy doesn’t have to mean boring either!
This is why I’m so passionate about helping others, because I want you to see for yourself how good you can feel once you start incorporating healthy habits into your life. I offer face to face services in Northern Perth suburbs all the way up to Yanchep, and also have online coaching options for personalised programmes, accountability, habits, Personal Training and nutrition guidance.
I have many years experience in the fitness industry and have helped a number of people create healthier habits and work on achieving their fitness and weight loss goals.
