Small group fitness classes with FIT Intentions are for up to 12 people at your local park (in Summer months) or at your local community hall (in the Winter months). These sessions are fun, functional, challenging and results driven! Be prepared to work hard!
Small group training is not like a boot-camp with a ton of people (and no throwing around car tyres!) Small group training is more like a personal training session with anywhere from 3 up to 12 people - each person gets attention from a qualified trainer. Incorrect form will be corrected, there are options for anyone who is unable to perform certain exercises, and options for anyone with injuries.
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels!
Every session is different - no getting bored with the same old routine!
For any Mums with children, you are absolutely welcome to bring them along, although there will be no child-minding facilities.
Bring a towel, water bottle and an exercise mat if you have one.
Minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended for optimum results.
